Assembly Tutorial

Install It Right The First Time.

PTFE is rigid. We include a specialized Reaming Tool in every box to make assembly flawless and leak-free.

  1. 01

    Slide the Collar FIRST

    Cut the hose cleanly, slightly fray the outer braid, and slide the socket collar over the hose.

  2. 02

    Use The Reaming Tool (Crucial)

    Insert the included reaming tool to open up the PTFE core. Never force a fitting into an un-reamed hose.

  3. 03

    Insert Olive & Tighten

    Push the brass olive under the braid, insert the fitting core, and tighten using the provided aluminum wrench.

  4. 04

    Pressure Leak Test

    Always pressure test your assembled lines with compressed air before routing them in the vehicle.

Yes, the PTFE inner liner is compatible with all fuels including E85, methanol, and diesel. It is chemically inert and will not break down when exposed to aggressive racing fuels.
What size fuel line is this? +
This is a 6AN line with a 3/8" inner diameter and a slim 0.47" outer diameter for easier routing. Also available in 8AN for extreme horsepower builds.
Do I need extra fittings or tools? +
No. The 28-piece kit includes 12 fittings in 4 angles, EFI quick disconnects, clamps, a custom PTFE reaming tool, and an aluminum wrench.
